Photomask Creation

We offer a wide range of photomasking and artwork processes available to suit all application needs. Sizes range from 4" to 32" on numerous glass types and coatings.
 

Photomasks are used in many different industries as the master tooling to reproduce images using photolithography processes. Graticules have been making products using photolithography for over 75 years and now offer production of photomasks too. 

We work with e-beam and direct write laser systems to produce masks from 3” square to 32” square, on various glass materials and with various coatings. We specialise in mask production on non-standard substrates, so thickness and size can be made to your requirements.
