Graticules Optics Granted AUKUS membership

Graticules Optics are delighted to be approved to join the UK Authorised User Community (AUC), our AUKUS Authorized User membership number is AUK0001949, thereby giving us eligibility to participate in activities under ITAR 126.7 exemption.

This approval permits the export of dual-use items or military goods software or technology and trade of military goods, to, between and among Australia, the US and the UK (the AUKUS nations). This includes re-exporting goods, software or technology to and from the AUKUS nations, even if they have been incorporated into other products.

The Secretary of State hereby grants this Open General Licence under article 26 of the Export Control Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/3231, as amended) and for dual-use goods.
